Our family is growing! Pro-Nordix is a business, but we believe people work better together and support our customers better when they feel comfortable and supported.

Every single person at Pro-Nordix is an irreplaceable part of our family that we will support like our own.

Our family started as a small call center with a small team founded by Thomas Kragh and Lasse von Elling in 2012.

Plans began brewing for the company, and in 2014 Alexander Hyllested joined as a phoner, now partner and COO of Pro-Nordix.

In 2015 our office in Spanish was established.

Then in 2017, we created Pro-Nordix, which began as a Nordic Market research provider to ICT and financial companies.

Moving into 2019, potential clients brought us the idea of inbound customer service operations.

As the pandemic hit in 2020, it was time to make strategic changes in our services. Here is where the team pulled together to think outside the box! How could we provide our services in a market where people couldn’t meet face to face? While we had our challenges ahead, our family was dedicated to being problem solvers, which is when we began pushing our inbound contact center operations like never before.
